Milka Valentine´s Day - the most amorous promotion

This year ppm factum organized the most massive promotion of all time for our regular client, Mondeléz. As part of the Valentine's Day, we assembled a team of 215 hostesses, who in two days carried out 3,297 hours of Milka promotion in the Czech and Slovak Republics.

The whole event was based on a perfect system solution, enormous commitment of responsible project managers and precise logistics, which ensured the distribution of all equipment to 235 locations within 24 hours.

Sending a team of trained professional hostesses to the field was a key task. That's why this year we had a team trained in 3 stages. The first stage was electronic, when we provided via
e-learning pages all necessary information about promo mechanics, promoted products and method of work. We then checked the promoters' knowledge in the form of an on-line game with a goal to instill all the necessary knowledge even more.

Jirí Král from ppm faktum has said: "Since the world is dominated by video content today, we have also prepared a short Vlog on our youtube channel, in which the well-known Czech youtuber and presenter introduced interesting tips and tricks on how to enjoy the promotion as much as possible and achieve maximum profit from each store."

The last stage was a call through the network of our 15 area managers, which was supposed to refresh the knowledge just before the start of the events.

During this activity, we focused on promoting the sale of “I Love Milka” pralines, where the givers could write their own original messages for the recipients on the packaging of Milka chocolates. This option was very important for more than half of shoppers and contributed to the great result of this year's Milka Valentine´s Day.

Apart from Milka, we also supported the traditional Tatiana brand, which was appreciated especially by middle-aged and elderly people.

As a result of the combination of all the above elements, the implementation was carried out with 100% satisfaction, and with very positive feedback from both end customers and representatives of the individual stores.

We are already looking forward to the next challenges this year!
