ExpertZone France Microsoft and Atmosphères win millions!

Agence Atmosphères, a subsidiary of the Marvesting group (ex-Impact Field Marketing Group), has been working with Microsoft on training for almost 10 years, with a dedicated training team that is directly integrated into the brand's marketing team. In particular, the team will be creating pre-purchase content to help customers on retailers' product pages, during the purchase with training for sales staff, via videos on the e-learning platform and post-purchase by supporting customers through tutorials on the ExpertZone France Youtube channel, which is proving highly successful, with millions of views!

The ExpertZone France Microsoft project

ExpertZone France has positioned itself as a creative unit, enabling content creators to be hired to create videos targeting both consumers and sales staff. The aim of this unit is to complement the videos already created by Microsoft and to have a greater impact on localisation with videos in French, as well as to have greater speed of action in editing and distributing videos, thanks to a team of experts specialising in Microsoft products and services. 

An innovative project in terms of content, form and format. In terms of format, with videos that can be adapted into long or short formats (Youtube or TikTok), in terms of content, with videos aimed at consumers and sales staff with a 100% usage focus, and finally in terms of form, with a mix between a video aimed at influencers/communities and a corporate video.

The aim is to establish a relationship of trust between the brand and consumers, but also to create and unite a community of fans, particularly via the YouTube channel, and to reach a younger target audience through digital platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

The ExpertZone project goes beyond borders, with over 5,000 videos broadcast in 25 countries around the world, in 20 languages!

A success story on social networks

Since the creation of the YouTube channel in 2019, the community has only grown: the ExpertZone France team has just passed the 50,000 subscribers! And the numbers are only going up, with over 4.5 million views of their videos and more than 180,000 hours of viewing. Recently, one of their flagship videos providing useful tips and tricks on PowerPoint passed the million view. A fun way for software users to learn how to create creative presentations and slides.

The team's success doesn't stop there, as last year they also created a YouTube channel 'Microsoft ExpertZone Gaming France' specialising in Xbox topics, with news, interviews, live broadcasts and much more!

At the same time, their TikTok account now has over 11,000 subscribers and almost 18,000 "likes", and they have over 1,000 followers on their Instagram account. These networks enable them to reach different target audiences with 'microlearning' type content.

Rewarding work that is visible beyond the networks

The work of ExpertZone France and Atmosphères goes beyond the digital sphere, as they are also often asked to host trade fairs, whether they be professional training fairs for salespeople or fairs open to the general public.

In early November, some members of the ExpertZone France Microsoft team were on hand to promote Xbox at Paris Games Week, the must-attend event for video game fans! Thomas Vouzelaud, Microsoft Creative Content Manager at Atmosphères, hosted the Xbox Wire show broadcast on Twitch, with more than 1,5 hours of Live alongside French streamer Tonton and the new Xbox France Director, Cédric Mimouni.

This work has also been rewarded, with Atmosphères and the ExpertZone team winning the GOLD medal at the 2022 ActionCo Awards in France in the Social Selling category, with the project "A 360° web to sales approach", demonstrating the ability of Atmosphères and its experts to meet consumers' new expectations by producing content on various social networks and digital platforms.
