Matrix Educators are a group of great people, made up of the best hairdressers In Poland, who work closely with the Matrix Professional brand. Their task is to inspire and train hairdressers on how to work with the product in order to achieve spectacular results.
The scope of services we provide are mainly focused on coordination and logistics services of the Matrix Educators from all over Poland. We handle the briefings calendar, create schedules and coordinate sign-up’s. Each month, we report the numbers of briefings and the competence levels of hairdressers in a project-dedicated reporting system.
Due to the fact that all briefings take place in venues located throughout Poland, we also organize accommodation for the Educators and supply Educators' product orders, so that all Matrix Professional novelties are delivered to them on time. We participate in numerous shows and trainings that are conducted by great hairdressing professionals and celebrities who have been co-creating the Matrix brand for many years and make every effort to facilitate the work of the Educators”.
