The Award-Winning Project: "Avanti Anni Luce"

"Avanti Anni Luce," the brainchild of Settimo Piano, emerged as the standout project that secured the prestigious Customer Engagement award for them. This campaign was designed in partnership with Acinque Energy, aiming to not only create touchpoints for sales and services but to redefine the entire customer experience.

Early Christmas and Hawaiian Summer: Unconventional Engagement

The campaign's execution involved two distinct phases, each captivating the audience's attention. The first phase brought back Christmas cheer in September, employing street marketing activities where Santa's elves distributed Christmas socks. This unconventional approach to timing created a memorable experience that highlighted Acinque Energy's ability to anticipate customer needs.

The second phase, occurring in late November, transported customers to a Hawaiian summer with a beach-themed promotion. This time, instead of socks, beach rackets were given away. These unexpected, yet delightful, experiences not only created brand awareness, but also showcased Acinque's willingness to innovate and stand out.

An essential element of the campaign's success was the specially trained in-store staff. These individuals played a pivotal role in converting leads into actual customers. Their expertise ensured that the engagement didn't end at the touchpoints but continued seamlessly within the stores, leading to conversions, sales, and sustained customer relationships.
